Terra & Co. Ayurvedic Oil Pulling Set: Charcoal Whitening + Nano-Hydroxyapatite Enamel Oil, 2 x 6.75 oz

Reimagine Your Mouthwash Ritual – The Ayurvedic Oil Pulling Duo

Swap harsh, alcohol-based mouthwash for a gentle daily ritual rooted in Ayurveda. This oil pulling set pairs two plant-based formulas, one for whitening and one for enamel care. There's no alcohol, no fluoride and nothing artificial.

Start small: one spoon, one minute a day. Swish each morning to help lift surface stains and leave your mouth feeling fresh and clean, without the dry, burning feeling of conventional mouthwash. As it becomes a habit, build up to 2–5 minutes.

What's Inside the Oil Pulling Bundle

Gentle Green Oil Pulling

Our newest Ayurvedic blend is made with nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAp), a mineral naturally found in tooth enamel, for gentle daily enamel care. It also has neem, hemp seed, moringa and green tea leaf oils, plus acacia gum, for fresh breath and a smooth, clean feel.

Brilliant Black Oil Pulling

Our best-selling charcoal whitening formula. Organic coconut oil, MCT oil, activated charcoal and peppermint essential oil help lift tough surface stains from coffee, tea and wine, and leave your breath minty fresh.
