Baby conditioner for curly hair and tangles
For a baby with fine new curls that tangle and dry out, the Cristina's Curls Nourishing Baby Conditioner is gentle care for the step after the wash: it adds slip, so curls stay soft and easy to comb.
Fine baby hair loses moisture fast, and new curls knot at the ends after a bath. This conditioner pairs coconut oil, which adds slip so the comb glides, with shea butter, which leaves new curls soft. Calendula and chamomile round out a light formula that rinses out without residue. Smooth it through damp hair, work through with your fingers and then a wide-tooth comb, and rinse. The result is soft, healthy-looking curls.
It works on waves, curls and coils, including biracial babies' hair. Use it every wash day, two or three times a week for most babies, with a small amount on fine newborn hair. Courtney Smith, a mom and licensed esthetician, made the line for her daughter, Cristina, and more than 70,000 families now use it. Use it after the Nourishing Baby Wash and Shampoo, then finish with a few drops of the Hair and Scalp Oil.
