$72.00 $76.00

Gentle care for new hair and skin, from the very first bath. Newborn and up.

  • Gentle from day one: a mild wash for hair and body that never strips a brand-new scalp.
  • A healthy-looking scalp: a few drops of oil nourish dry, flaky spots between washes.
  • Soft, beautiful first curls: the deep conditioner leaves fine curls soft and easy to comb.
  • Made by a mom, for her daughter: Courtney, a licensed esthetician, made it for Cristina. Every ingredient listed.

Who it's for

For newborns and babies with waves, curls or coils, especially a dry or flaky scalp.

How to use

  1. Wash (Baby Shampoo and Body Wash): Lather a small amount into wet hair and skin, then rinse.
  2. Condition (Baby Deep Conditioner): Smooth through damp hair, comb gently with your fingers, then rinse.
  3. Oil (Hair and Scalp Oil): Warm a few drops in your palms and massage into the scalp. Leave it in.

Tip: On dry, flaky spots, oil first: a few drops 15 minutes before the bath, then wash.

What's inside

Baby Shampoo and Body Wash. One gentle wash for new hair and skin, from the very first bath.

  • Shea butter: adds moisture while it cleans
  • Coconut: a gentle, creamy lather

Baby Deep Conditioner. Leaves fine new curls soft, nourished and easy to comb.

  • Coconut: slip, so the comb glides
  • Shea butter: leaves new curls soft

Hair and Scalp Oil. A few drops nourish a dry, flaky scalp and soften flakes so they lift away in the wash.

  • Avocado oil: nourishes a dry scalp
  • Rice bran oil: a light sheen on curls

Baby hair care for curly hair, from the first bath

For a newborn or baby with curly or coily hair and a dry scalp, the Cristina's Curls Nourishing Baby Hair Care Set is the whole bath: wash, condition, then a few drops of oil massaged into the scalp. It's gentle enough for newborns, and every ingredient is listed.

Baby curls start at the scalp. In the first year a scalp can dry out and flake fast, and fine new curls tangle easily. The Baby Shampoo and Body Wash cleans hair and skin with shea butter and coconut, without stripping. The Baby Deep Conditioner adds slip so a comb glides through, and the Hair and Scalp Oil nourishes the scalp with avocado and rice bran oil.

The set works on waves, curls and coils, including biracial babies' hair. Two or three baths a week is plenty for most babies, with a few drops of oil on the days in between. Courtney Smith, a mom and licensed esthetician, made the line for her own daughter, Cristina, and more than 70,000 families now use it.
